About these terms
These terms apply when you use stratifyconsulting.co.uk (the "website") and the STRATIFY client dashboard. By using the website you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
The website is run by STRATIFY CONSULTING ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@stratifyconsulting.co.uk.
Using this website
You may use the website to learn about STRATIFY, send us an enquiry and, if you are a client, sign in to your dashboard. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaks the law, or for fraud or any harmful purpose;
- try to gain access to any part of the website, our servers or any account you are not authorised to use;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the website with denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- send spam or automated submissions through the enquiry form, or scrape the website with automated tools in a way that puts load on it;
- copy or reuse our content beyond what section 7 allows.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or block anyone who breaks these terms. If you find a security weakness, please tell us at info@stratifyconsulting.co.uk (see also our security.txt).
Information on this site
The website describes what STRATIFY does in general terms. It is not professional, legal, financial or compliance advice, and it is not an offer that can be accepted. Examples, timings and results shown are illustrations; what we deliver for you is set out in your own proposal and agreement.
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be complete, up to date, uninterrupted or free from errors.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Any quote or proposal we send is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise, and only becomes binding when we have both signed a written agreement.
Please don't include health information or other sensitive personal data in an enquiry. We'll ask for what we need once we're working together, under the right safeguards.
Our services
If you become a client, our services are provided under a separate client agreement and a data processing agreement. Those documents set out the scope, fees, service levels, responsibilities, liability and how we handle your data. If anything in them differs from these terms, the client agreement wins.
The client dashboard
- Dashboard access is only for clients and the people they authorise. Keep your username and password private and don't share accounts.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else knows your password, or if you see anything you don't recognise.
- The dashboard shows information prepared by STRATIFY's agents. Check anything important before relying on it, and contact us if something looks wrong.
- We may suspend access to protect your data, for example after repeated failed sign-ins or if we suspect misuse.
Our content
The website's text, design, graphics, logo and code belong to STRATIFY or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence.
Links to other sites
Where the website links to other sites, those links are for information only. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
The website is provided free of charge and "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its content. Because the website is aimed at businesses, we are in particular not liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for business interruption.
If you use the website as a consumer, you also have the legal rights consumers always have, and nothing in these terms affects them.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or our services change. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check back occasionally; the version on this page when you use the website is the one that applies.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland and use the website as a consumer, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
